If you are displeased with your service or would like to make a change, we are more than happy to make any tweaks or adjustments to your color or cut in a timely manner- within 1 week.

Please note that adjustments include: dry cutting, re-toning, root smudging/blending or any other corrective work.

Changing your original hair goals as discussed in the consultation is not considered an adjustment or redo.
